Some old friends returned for Easter. We had a great time with Chef, Felicity and the Foxes! And, young Wills Fox made his first appearnce in the chalet, as well. Sailesh and his son Nick (after they got over the shock of how sociable we all were) fitted in brilliantly, too!!
Alas, the day we wanted to get to Morgins the weather closed in high up so we never made it to the magic ‘Cafe des Sports’. It was just a question of a village too far!! We did have some fun on the Tee – Bars though. And, the day before we did manage to find a run the guys hadn’t ski’d before – ‘Grand Paradis’ to Champery. So I was quite proud. Don’t think Nick and Sailesh will ever forget the bottom, road bit!! Believe Sailesh really enjoyed the vinyl in the evenings though and Felicity helped him and I (of course) polish off Chef’s Jura whiskey as we listened, whiled away the late evening and reminisced.

- Nick, Chef (Ian B), Sailesh, Calum and the Tsar (Alex). Believe it or not the ‘Dents du Midi’ are behind them. Chef insisted we had to have a traditional picture despite the lack of visibility!

- In the traditional Swiss Buvette on Grand Paradis after skiing some great powder on the top of the run. Calum did have us worried at one point as he came flying past the Tsar and I when we were stopped on a small ridge!

- I knew the long road on the bottom of ‘Grand Paradis” would be heavy but I didn’t think it would have this effect. Everyone needed a rest just before Champery!

- Chef felt Calum needed some liquid engineering after lunch to get him going again. So he gave him some Poire (Pear Schnapps)! Why wouldn’t you?

- Alex (The Tsar) entertaining little Wills in the chalet. Wills was brilliantly behaved and just so cute!!

- Wills with his mum, Helen and Auntie Felicity enjoying his first experience with or on snow. Outside ‘Marmottes’ in the Lindarets bowl – lunch was GOOD!

- Just a great final evening in ‘La Chaudanne’, Morzine. Everyone looking happy after a few superb days! Thankyou guys please always visit.
