We had the option go right and ski back to Les Crosets or turn left onto the deserted run down to Morgins. The wilderness was calling – we went left. I did explain we may have to take our skis off at some sections and do some walking since the week before the route back was a bit threadbare or even, brown in parts. Let’s go for it! They said.
