Of course, the Tsar went off piste!! Tricky early morning skiing (due to ski host mis-judging under foot conditions) was followed by this fine run before lunch allowing said host to redeem himself. Perfect Spring snow at the top, with softer snow and beautiful bumps – both perfectly skiable lower down; even some powder was still found in parts!
